"Excellent place. Leafy residential area, Eiffel Tower literally on the doorstep and restaurants and grocery shop within seeing distance. Most well appointed and equipped apartment I have stayed in! There are not 2 private bedrooms per se - the basement is kitted out with 3 beds and a tv/sitting area."

"This apartment was in the perfect location, literally a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower which meant I finally got to see the sparkling lights! The host was really helpful and allowed us to drop our bags off (we arrived really early) so that we could get to our first booking of our stay. It is decorated to a high standard - my teenage daughter really liked the 'warehouse style' basement level and has already told me we need to return with some of her friends. The kitchen has all you could possibly need to cook your own meals and is very well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Location was its an easy walk to the metro or some of the tourist sites. We found many lovely restaurants nearby. Will definitely choose this as our option for accommodation when we are next in Paris."

"We arrived a little bit late but we could send message with whatsup and receive normal. quick access to Eiffel tower, Metro, super market and bekary are good for spending sightseeing. Very clean room, ktichin, bed."

"The property is split over 2 floors with one floor being in the basement with the cinema room!! Loads of space and a kitchen full of equipment, crockery and glassware. Bakery and local supermarket only 15 seconds walk away AND Eiffel Tower literally round the corner its PERFECT!!! "The apartment was quite hot (heat pumps as opposed to ac units). But that’s just really splitting hairs as on the whole was awesome facility."

"the location was great, short walk to the Eiffel Tower, train stations, local restaurants and supermarket. the two levels allowed the kids to have their own space downstairs with a very large tv and cable channels. very modern appeal and ease of access with large luggage."

"downstairs water can be heard moving through the pipes. can be a little disturbing during the night."

"the property all in all in itself was wonderful, spacious, stocked with everything anyone might need like all kitchen appliances, mugs, cutlery. The other highlight was the home cinema room which was wonderful after a long sightseeing day."

"The only downside was the trash downstairs which, when other people from the building were throwing trash put, was pretty loud, besides that nothing was bothering me or anyone else from my family."
